Dietrich Wierczeyko

After my birth on September 17th, 1989 in Clausthal-Zellerfeld (Germany), my family went relatively quickly to a village near Goslar, where I grew up on our farm with lots of animals, nice neighbors and my friends.

It was there that I also took my first steps as a musician by grabbing my father's old guitar and teaching myself to play the guitar. In the course of time several instruments were added in this way and I finally decided to study music. At the same time, I was interested in the elementary questions "Why?" and "Why not?" and I found the right correspondences in theology and physics.

At the University of Kassel I am studying music, protestant theology and physics - and theology for Magister Theologiae at the University of Göttingen and Marburg. I really enjoy working with schoolchildren, so I can well imagine teaching in schools in addition to my main activity as a pastor later on.

During my studies, I am also active in bands, choirs and as an organist and can draw on many years of experience in the areas of sound engineering, event technology and miking.
